I am seriously so thankful to YouTube for exercise options.
I only recently joined a gym again, thought it’s been years since I’ve had one as a resource. During the time in between, I utilized YouTube all the time for new workout ideas! I still use these videos on days I want to stay at home for my workout.
You might have heard me mentioned before how much I love the walking videos when outdoor walking isn’t going to work (usually because it’s too dark or because of ice…) My favorite is anything with Leslie Sansone.
In fact, to help you brainstorm some good workout options for this upcoming 30 Day Wellness Challenge here is a list of what I have found to be some of the best workouts you can get done in 20 minutes or less…all for FREE because it’s on YouTube! Most of my favorites have been done by Exercise TV.
Most of them won’t require any equipment. However a few will want an exercise mat and some dumbbells. The GREAT news is…this is the time of year to get great deals on these items!!
