Fresh Yummy Salsa


I get requests for this super fast salsa. I can’t take credit for it as my own…I stole it from my dear friend. Thanks Stacey!

The fresh flavors of tomato, garlic, cilantro….can’t go wrong. I just made another big batch for our LifeGroup this week. I never have any left at the end of the night. Such a great feeling :)

I like to make mine using my Manual Food Processor from Pampered Chef. You could also use a blender or traditional food processor.

Fresh Yummy Salsa: Super Fast. Super Easy.

  • 6 Roma tomatoes or 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeno


  • If using Roma tomatoes, cut in half. Slice jalapeño in half and seed.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Can also pulse in a blender or dice finely by and and combine. Serve with fresh veggies or as a topping to a lean protein source.

  1. Just about any veggie you can think of! I get the carrots that are cut like ruffle chips, cucumber slices, celery sticks, snow peas. I also put it on chicken or steak for an amazing topping.
