Chopped Broccoli Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz chopped broccoli fresh
  • 5 oz baby kale torn
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped
  • 1 small pear diced
  • 1/4 cup 0% fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets Stevia natural no calorie sweetener
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop broccoli. Combine with kale, pecans and pear.
  • Whisk together Greek yogurt, sweetener, vinegar and salt. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss.
