Every week two meal plans will be uploaded by the Thursday prior to the week of that plan.
The meal plans are formatted in two ways to accomodate your preference.
A “full” meal plan will include breakfast, lunch, optional snack and dinner. This will have a grocery list and all the needed recipes. Make changes as needed to suit your needs.
A “dinner only” plan will provide dinner recipes for the week but leave empty spaces for other meals to allow for flexibility in your planning. The grocery list will include the dinner recipes with room for additions.
Serving sizes are listed on each recipe (most commonly 4 servings per recipe). If you are cooking for one I recommend making 3-4 of the recipes and eating leftovers. Recipes and the corresponding ingredients have a number next to them to allow you to easily cross off the ingredients from the shopping list related to the recipe you will not be making.
Nutrition information includes the grams of protein, carbohydrate and fat are listed on each recipe but not for the “whole day” of the meal plan to allow for individual variation. There is far more accuracy in keeping a food journal and watching your macronutrient percentages. See the lesson on “food journals” for more details.
For more questions on the meal plans, post them to our Facebook group so everyone can see the answer. If you are not on Facebook you can email me questions to email@example.com
