It’s so easy to get super tired of chicken broth when you’re on the Bariatric Liquid Diet Phase! One of the easiest ways to combat the broth fatigue…add differing flavors!

Similar to this Aromatics Infused Chicken Broth, adding flavor and then straining the chunks away will seriously cut the flavor of the broth and enhance the flavors of the additives. It makes store bought chicken broth taste very different from one cup to the next!

This recipe is super easy and only calls for the broth and whole peppercorns. If you like a pepper-y flavor, you’ll very much enjoy this!

Most bariatric surgery programs will allow counting broth to your fluid goals! Check over your programs information to see if you can count it too!
