Delicious and fresh spin to the classic side salad. Mmmmm hmmmm.

Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 whole pear, sliced
- 1 ounce gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds also called pepitas

Instructions
- Toss arugula with oil and vinegar.
- Top with pear slices, cheese slices and pumpkin seeds.
