Arugula Salad with Pears and Pepitas. Low carb and weight loss surgery friendly!

Delicious and fresh spin to the classic side salad. Mmmmm hmmmm.

Instructions
  1. Toss arugula with oil and vinegar.
  2. Top with pear slices, cheese slices and pumpkin seeds.
