Ingredients
- 3 oz tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise

Instructions
- Drain tuna and use a fork to mash it well. Add other ingredients and stir until well combined. Add pickle juice or fat free mayonnaise if needing a softer consistency.
