Rosemary Steak Strips. Low carb and weight loss surgery friendly!

Fresh rosemary is one of my favorite herbs to cook with. The aromatics are addictive! This recipe is incredibly simple, but smells as good as it tastes. It’s almost fancy-pantsy….sometimes I feel like it’s a special occasion! The steak is great on it’s own, but I did serve it with one of my favorite tricks – plain greek yogurt + blue cheese crumbles. Mix those two together and you’ll have a great blue cheese topping that’s not full of fat! For a veggie I made roasted broccoli with onions and garlic. Never a bad idea.
