Sirloin Steak with Creamy Blue Cheese - low carb, low fat and bariatric friendly

Yay! I love a good #foodcontroversy! And blue cheese is a classic!!!

{Enter faces of disgust or delight HERE!!!}

I love blue cheese but not blue cheese dressing. Crumbles? Yes! Tangy nasty dressing? Get it away from me.

This steak (or pork or chicken)  topping creates the creamy affect of the dressing without the tang I can’t stand. It’s just the delicious flavor of the blue cheese with the creamy texture of the Greek yogurt. I made it for my husband when we first started dating – which I posted to Facebook if you’ve been following me from the beginning! It’s like a recipe throwback!
