Sometimes you hit the gym and feel great. Then you find out you gained 2% body fat. Wait, what??
Three months ago I posted a blog about my latest goal for dropping 2% body fat. I had met with a trainer and was given a strength training plan. I hit the gym 3-4 times per week and alternated upper body and lower body weight training. I fell off with my eating during my birthday/anniversary week but checked into Carb Rehab and got my life back in order.
