1/2cupbeef broth
1/3cupbarbecue saucelowest sugar available, more for serving
Instructions
Trim tenderloin of fat and tendons if needed. Spread seasoning evenly over pork. Add and spread barbecue sauce.
Add broth to bottom of the cooker. Place seasoned pork on trivet in bottom of pressure cooker. Close the venting valve and put cooker on high pressure for 20 minutes.
Allow the cooker to naturally release for 15 minutes. Remove from pot to cutting board and shred.
