Instructions
Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, divide ground beef into 6 small patties. Season each side with salt and pepper.
Cook burger patties for about 3 minutes per side. After 2 minutes on the second side, add swiss cheese.
In a separate small skillet, while burgers are cooking, sauté sliced mushrooms over medium high heat, stirring every minute for about 6-8 minutes or until visibly cooked.
In a small bowl, mix together low-fat mayo and hot sauce.
Remove cheeseburgers from heat. Divide mayo mixture over the 6 small patties and top with mushrooms. Serve with a non-starchy vegetable such as green beans or asparagus.
