Heat oven to 350F and sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done. For a faster method to make chicken, I use my Pampered Chef® Deep Covered Baker and microwave it for 10-12 minutes!
In a large salad bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, anchovy paste (if using), garlic and pepper. I tip the bowl towards the side the whisk the dressing together.
Add mixed greens to the bowl and toss to coat.
Place chicken breast on dinner plate and top with salad/slaw mixture.
