Ingredients

boneless pork chops

apples, cored and sliced

bag
baby carrots

tbsp
sweetener
ex: Truvia, Splenda

fresh sage leaves
Instructions
Place half of apple slices in the bottom of a slow cooker. Top with pork. Add remaining apple slices.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener generously, per your preference. Add sage leaves for extra flavor. Add baby carrots on top.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours; or more depending on the thickness of the pork.
Notes
Using the apples only for flavor and not eating them will decrease your carbohydrate intake.
