Jalapeño Popper Chicken
The flavor of Jalapeño Poppers but with lower fat ingredients such as turkey bacon, fat-free Greek yogurt and 2% Colby Jack cheese. The topping is spread over chicken breast for a flavorful protein dish.

Instructions
Heat the oven to 375F. Meanwhile, microwave turkey bacon for 2 1/2 minutes and dice.
Mix the diced turkey bacon with Jalapeño, Greek yogurt, Colby jack, garlic powder and black pepper.
Place thinly sliced chicken into a large baking dish. Coat chicken with the turkey bacon mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of chicken reaches 160 F.
