Heat a medium saucepan to high heat. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder. Stir in milk. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Whisk in Greek yogurt.
Add parmesan cheese to the sauce. Stir until melted, it will take awhile. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over chicken breast.
