While grill is heating, trim visible fat from pork, then season with salt and pepper. Use a brush to spread 1/2 tsp of dressing on each side of pork.
Grill pork for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. (10 minutes for a 3/4 inch thick pork chop, adjust time to more or less depending on thickness). Use a meat thermometer to check temperature is 140F before removing.
Brush remaining dressing over top of pork and allow to rest 3 minutes before serving.
