Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey
1
cup
zucchini, grated and squeezed of liquid
approximately half a zucchini
3/4
cup
reduced fat grated parmesan cheese

egg

red onion, diced

each salt and pepper

Bibb lettuce

Instructions
Spray grates of an outdoor with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, add ground turkey, zucchini, parmesan cheese, egg, red onion and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Combine well and form into 5 patties.
Add to grill and cook about 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
Serve on bibb lettuce with tomato slice on top.
