Spray an outdoor grill with cooking spray. Then ignite and heat to medium heat (350 internal temperature).
Meanwhile, combine turkey, egg white, 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add other seasonings as desired.
Form into 6 small patties. Use remaining parmesan cheese to coat both sides of each patty. This helps turkey burgers become less sticky on the grates.
Place on grill, close lid. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side, or until they detach somewhat easily from the grates. Check internal temperate of turkey burger is 160F before removing from grill. Serve with vegetable toppings as desired.
