Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and rice vinegar. Add stevia, salt, celery seeds.
Add in shredded carrot and apple. Toss well to cover in dressing.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more for stronger flavors and serve.
