roasted turkey breast

romaine lettuce, washed and torn

baby spinach, washed

tomato, diced

red onion, thinly sliced

kalamata olives, halved

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare all the vegetables by washing and slicing as needed.
Divide lettuce and spinach over four bowls. Layer the remaining ingredients: turkey, tomato, onion and olives.
Drizzle lemon juice over top of each bowl. Season as needed.
