Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

cloves
garlic, pressed or minced

sea salt

tbsp
fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 400F.
In a medium bowl mix together oil, vinegar, garlic and sea salt. Add tomatoes and toss to coat.
Layer cherry tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast in 400F oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, move to serving dish and top with chopped basil.
