Combine all the spices in a small bowl. Reserve 1 tsp of mixture. Coat all sides of steak slices with spices. Cover and set aside until ready to cook.
Add pepper and onion to a large skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp reserved seasoning mixture. Heat to medium high heat and saute. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm.
Add steak to skillet in batches and cook 2 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and serve with peppers and onions.
