Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsweet vanilla almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
  • dash nutmeg optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg over the top. Enjoy.
