Ingredients

Rooibos tea

lemon, sliced

fresh mint

sweetener of choice, to taste

water
Instructions
Turn water over high heat. Once boiling, turn off heat and add tea bags.
Move to pitcher and add other ingredients. Set in the sunlight and allow to steep 30 minutes or more.
Pour over ice to serve.
