Pour broth into a small sauce pan and add peppercorns. Put on high heat until starting to boil.
Turn heat down to low and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat. Place strainer over bowl and strain out peppercorns. Let cool slightly, then sip and enjoy.

This recipe will count as a liquid for most all bariatric programs. Be sure to review your programs information to find out if it counts for you. Unflavored protein powder can be added but keep temperature of broth below 140 before adding protein powder.
