Ingredients

canned chicken, drained

tbsp
light mayonnaise

tsp
taco seasoning

tsp
juice from jarred salsa (no chunks)
Instructions
Place canned chicken into a bowl. Use a fork to break chicken into smaller pieces. Add mayo and stir until well combined and soft.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa juice. Serve.
Notes
Take small bites, pause in between bites and stop at the first sign of fullness.
