Ingredients

97% lean ground beef

red onion, diced

(10.75 oz) can
diced tomatoes

tbsp
worcestershire sauce

cup
ketchup (under 8 grams sugar)
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to season, and drain after cooking. Move to the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add all the other ingredients: red onion, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve in a bowl with cooked veggies such as a steamer bag of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
