Ingredients

fresh asparagus

olive oil

sea salt

black pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 400.
Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus, about 1/2' inch or so.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet, add olive oil and toss. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss again until asparagus is coated with all the ingredients.
Roast in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tender but crisp.
