Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts, cut in half

slices
turkey bacon

tbsp
honey mustard
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 F.
Place turkey bacon in a single layer in between two paper towels on a plate and microwave 2 minutes. *Bacon won't be fully cooked*
Wrap Brussels Sprout halves in turkey bacon and add a dollop of honey mustard. Place with cut sides down on a baking sheet or baking stone.
Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly and serve.
