Turkey Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients

lb
93% lean ground turkey
1
cup
baby spinach, chopped
2
tbsp
cilantro, chopped
1
small
onion, chopped
1
tsp
sea salt
2
eggs, whisked
1/4
cup
reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Use either a large spoon or your hands to combine the mixture well. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Use a medium sized cookie scoop to scoop even sizes of mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Make 5 rows of 3 meatballs.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and use tongs to remove meatballs to serving plate or to a food container for later eating.
