Ingredients
4
(6 oz)
tilapia fillets
1 1/2
tsp
lemon pepper
1/2
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
granulated garlic (or fresh minced)
1/4
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
olive oil
1
lime, juiced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine the dry spices in a small bowl. Add olive oil and mix into a paste (it won't look like much, but it doesn't take much either!)
Place tilapia on baking sheet and drizzle with lime juice.
Evenly divide the seasoning "paste" on each tilapia (put a dollop on each fillet, then go back with hands or back of a spoon to spread).
Bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with steamed vegetables.
