Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast

Greek seasoning

diced onion

cloves
garlic, diced

Roma tomatoes, diced & seeded

black olives, diced

feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Heat outdoor grill. Coat chicken with Greek Rub.
Grill chicken about 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165F. Meanwhile work on the topping.
Either chop all the ingredients (onion, garlic, tomatoes, olive) by hand or utilize a food processor. I used the Pampered Chef® Manual Food Processor.
Combine all the topping ingredients and serve on chicken.
