Tilapia with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

tilapia fillets, thawed if using frozen

tsp
ground cumin
1/4
tsp
cayenne powder
1/2
cup
chopped pineapple
2
tbsp
cilantro
1/2
jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)

fresh lime juice
1/2
cup
diced red onion
1/4
cup
fresh basil, sliced
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F.
Combine cumin and cayenne together and rub on tilapia fillets. Set in the bottom of a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until flakey.
While tilapia is baking, combine pineapple, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, red onion and basil. Set aside.
Remove tilapia to serving plates and top with pineapple salsa.
