Mix together light mayo and eggs whites. Whisk until well incorporated.
Mix together grated parmesan cheese and dried thyme.
Dip each asparagus spear in the egg white mixture and then press into the cheese mixture. Once it's coated in cheese move to a baking stone or baking sheet lined in foil.
Once all the spears are lined up on the baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.

*Much of the protein for the recipe is due to egg whites and it is unlikely that you are consuming all of those egg whites...therefore it's probably the protein content is less than calculated.
