Instructions
Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Using either a grill or grill pan, heat to medium. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side of the patty and grill. Flip once at the 5 minute mark and grill another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a separate skillet for 4 minutes, turning once. Slice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
Once all the ingredients are ready, assemble burger with toppings. Place the burger on the plate and top with half slice of cheese, half slice of turkey bacon, one slice avocado and cilantro in that order.
