Turkey Bacon Wrapped Pork with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

lb
lean pork tenderloin, cut into 5 pieces
5
slices
turkey bacon
1
mango, finely diced
1
red bell pepper, finely diced
1
lime, juiced
4
green onions, chopped
Instructions
Wrap a slice of turkey bacon around each piece of pork tenderloin. Secure with a toothpick.
Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium high heat. Add pork and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reads 145F.
While pork is cooking, prepare the salsa by combining the mango, red pepper, green onion and lime juice. Toss together and serve on top of pork.
