Ingredients

pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips

baby carrots, sliced thinly or diced

cup
Light Balsamic Vinaigrette

tbsp
hoisin sauce
in Asian section of most grocery stores

packet
natural no calorie sweetener

green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Heat a large non-stick skillet to medium high heat. Add meat and carrots and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in dressing, hoisin sauce and sweetener packet. Stir fry another 5 minutes or until meat is done.
Add onions and let cook another minute. Serve.
