Brown the turkey sausage in a skillet or in the bottom of a pressure cooker.
Drain and add meat to crockpot or drain and return to pressure cooker.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, onion and green peppers. Stir.
For a slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours. For a pressure cooker, cook for 15 minutes on high pressure. Allow natural release for 10 minutes and then quick release the rest.
Serve in a bowl and eat with a fork. Sprinkle cheese on top as desired but note this is not included in the nutrition label.
