Heat oven to 425. Place rimmed baking sheet in oven; heat 10 minutes. Toss carrots with butter spray. Place meat on hot baking sheet and surround with carrots.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is done and carrots are crisp. Brush meat with half the bbq sauce and turn the carrots after about 20 minutes.
Transfer meat to a cutting board; brush with remaining sauce. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 3 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile place carrots in a large bowl and add cheese and pepper. Toss to coat. Serve carrots with meat.
