1headhead of romaine (or butter leaf/red leaf lettuce)approx 6 cups
1pear, sliced
1cucumber, sliced
2ozgoat cheese, crumbled
3tbspwalnuts or pecans
1tbspnatural no calorie sweetener
1tspcinnamon
1tbspwater
3tbsplight Honey Mustard dressing
Instructions
Chop lettuce and add to a large salad bowl.
Slice pears and cucumbers and add to bowl.
Using a fork, crumbled goat cheese over the salad.
Chop nuts and add to a saute pan. Add cinnamon, Splenda and a splash of water. Heat over medium high on the stove top and stir a few times. Remove once cinnamon mixture looks adhered to nuts. Add to salad.
