Heat a skillet to medium-high heat; coat well with cooking spray.
Toss together zucchini, salt & pepper and lemon juice. Add to skillet.
Saute squash for about 8-10 minutes, stirring and turning sides on occasion. Squirt a small amount more of lemon juice if desired; salt and pepper as desired too.
