onion, wedged

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

marinara sauce, low in sugar

low-fat Italian dressing
Instructions
Place carrots and onion at the bottom of a slow cooker; top with chicken thighs.
Drizzle the chicken with the dressing, and then the marinara sauce.
Cook on low heat 7 hours. *Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
