Ingredients

fat-free plain Greek yogurt

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

lb
boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/4

salt

black pepper
Instructions
Add Greek yogurt and adobo peppers in a blender and puree until smooth. (Add more peppers as desired for more heat)
Sprinkle chicken breast with salt & pepper on both sides and grill (or broil) for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 160F.
Spread adobo sauce over chicken and serve.
