Ingredients

ground chicken, 93% lean beef or turkey

Monterey jack cheese slice, cut in half

avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
Instructions
Heat an outdoor grill to medium high heat.
Combine bell pepper, chili powder, salt & pepper in a large both. Add ground meat and mix well; shape into 6 patties.
Grill 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Add half slice of cheese while still on the grill and close lid for one minute more. Remove from grill and top with avocado.
