93% lean ground turkey

taco seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Meanwhile, brown the ground turkey and add taco seasoning per package instructions.
Spread bell pepper halves in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Spoon ground turkey evening between pepper halves.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over tops. Place in heated oven for 5 minutes.
Let cool slightly and remove to serving plate. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with salsa.
