Ingredients

steamer bag shelled edamame

wedges
The Laughing Cow® Creamy Swiss

lemon, juiced

each salt & pepper
raw carrots, celery, bell pepper for dipping
Instructions
Heat the edamame per package instructions. Transfer to the bottom of a food processor.
Add wedges of The Laughing Cow® Creamy Swiss. Pulse to blend well.
Add juice of half a lemon and pulse continuously until it looks creamy. Use a small rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl.
Add a pinch of each sea salt and black pepper and stir. Place in a bowl and serve with veggies.
