Remove stem and seeds of mini peppers and thread onto skewers. Thread turkey sausage onto separate skewers. Cut turkey sausage down in size as needed based on the weight the skewer can hold.
Shut the lid to the grill and allow to cook approx 6 minutes. Turn skewers. Grill another 6 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. You may want the peppers to come off sooner per your preference.
Remove the skewers from the grill using an oven or grill mit. Still wearing the mit, remove the peppers and sausages from the skewers and serve.
