Instructions
Heat large skillet to medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary on each side of steak. Sear each side of steak in the skillet, about 3 minutes each side.
Remove steak from pan to a cutting board. Let rest 5 minutes and then cut into strips along the grain. Place strips back in pan and cook on each side about 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
