Heat grill or grill pan to medium high. Sprinkle both sides of steaks with garlic salt. Cook on grill for about 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine Greek yogurt and blue cheese crumbles. Use the back of a fork to smash the crumbles and continue to stir until mostly blended. Some chunks will remain.
Serve steak topping either on top or on the side of steaks.
